§06 · THE FLOOR · TELEMETRY-DRIVEN

A room that cannot lie

Every posture below is a pure function of real system state. Nothing here is scripted.

READING TELEMETRY… GPU —

The figures are drawn from a sanitised snapshot of the lab's process table. Standing and working means that agent's lane is online. On watch means a scheduled lane is up and counting down to its next run — the time is real, read from its cron. On the floor means it crashed, and it stays down until I fix it. Unsteady means it is running but restarting too often to trust. When the GPU is busy training, everyone's idle motion slows, because it actually is competing for the card.

No prompt decides any of this and no model is asked how it feels. The snapshot carries process names, statuses, restart counts and a rounded GPU number — never logs, memory contents, paths, or anything a person said to the lab. That is the whole point: a dashboard that flatters its owner is not a dashboard.
